The motorcycle master cylinder is the core hydraulic control component of two-wheeler braking and clutch systems, installed on the handlebar and directly operated by brake or clutch levers. It converts the mechanical force from rider’s hand squeeze into stable hydraulic pressure, which flows through hydraulic brake hoses to push brake caliper pistons or clutch slave cylinders, realizing precise braking response and smooth clutch separation. As the command center of the hydraulic circuit, its sealing performance, pressure output stability and structural durability directly affect riding safety and control feel, making it an essential spare part for daily commuter bikes, scooters, sport motorcycles and off-road vehicles.
Our motorcycle master cylinders are manufactured with high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting main body. The cylinder inner bore undergoes precision honing to achieve ultra-smooth finish, minimizing friction with built-in pistons and preventing internal hydraulic pressure loss during operation. The piston assembly adopts imported high-temperature resistant rubber sealing cups and dust-proof rings. Double-layer sealing structure effectively avoids brake fluid leakage, air intake and fluid volatilization after long-term use. The outer dust cover blocks dust, sand, rainwater and mud from invading the inner cavity, protecting the piston and sealing parts from abrasion and rust, which greatly extends the service life of the whole assembly.
We provide two mainstream types to cover diverse motorcycle needs: brake master cylinder and clutch master cylinder. For braking versions, we supply front handlebar master cylinders with integrated transparent fluid reservoir, allowing riders to observe brake fluid volume at a glance for timely replenishment. Adjustable lever bolts are reserved to fine-tune the stroke and sensitivity according to rider habits. Performance upgraded models feature larger bore sizes for stronger instantaneous hydraulic output, delivering shorter braking distance and firmer stopping power for high-speed and aggressive riding. Clutch master cylinders are optimized for light operating resistance, reducing long-distance riding fatigue while maintaining accurate clutch engagement control.
Multiple humanized and wear-resistant designs are adopted for daily heavy use. The lever surface is polished and textured to prevent slipping when hands are sweaty or wet in rainy days. All exposed metal parts pass anti-oxidation surface treatment to resist corrosion from road salt and humid environments. Complete matching accessories are equipped for each master cylinder, including mounting brackets, fixing screws, oil pipe connectors and sealing gaskets, supporting direct replacement without extra accessories purchase. Customization services are available for special models: different bore diameters, handlebar calibers, reservoir capacity and logo laser marking can be produced based on customer samples or drawings to meet aftermarket and brand OEM demands.
Strict standardized testing is carried out for every finished master cylinder, including hydraulic pressure holding test, thousands of lever reciprocating fatigue test, high-low temperature aging test and leak inspection. All products maintain stable pressure output under frequent continuous operation, without soft brake feel or clutch failure caused by seal aging. Compatible with most popular motorcycle brands and models, our master cylinders are widely supplied to auto parts wholesalers, motorcycle repair shops and modification stores worldwide. With reliable leak-proof performance, sensitive control and long service life, our motorcycle master cylinders deliver stable, safe and comfortable hydraulic operation experience for all riders.
