Compared with ordinary soft suspension parts, steel leaf springs feature superior rigidity, stable elastic performance and excellent fatigue resistance, making them the most reliable suspension solution for heavy-load and harsh-road working conditions.

The standard steel leaf spring consists of multiple gradient-length steel plates stacked in an arc shape, including a main leaf, auxiliary leaves, center bolt, spring clips, rubber bushings and anti-friction pads. The main leaf ensures overall structural toughness and flexible connection with the vehicle frame, while the layered auxiliary steel plates progressively enhance load capacity and structural stability.
