4.Aging&fatigue of raw material

Low-grade raw steel or insufficient heat treatment reduces toughness.After long service,metal fatigue appears and springs crack gradually.

5.Wrong installation&mismatched specifications

Replacing with mismatched camber,thickness or leaf quantity destroys original stress design,resulting in premature fracture.

6.Damaged spring bushing

Worn-out rubber bush causes abnormal swing of leaf spring assembly and irregular stress distribution.
