Operating Mechanism
When the clutch pedal is released,the diaphragm spring produces uniform and powerful axial clamping force,pressing the clutch disc firmly between the pressure plate and flywheel.Friction locks the power system,transmitting engine torque to the transmission to drive vehicle operation.When stepping on the clutch pedal,the release bearing acts on the spring finger of the diaphragm spring,changing the spring curvature and lifting the pressure plate away from the friction disc.At this time,power transmission is cut off,allowing drivers to shift gears smoothly without gear impact.Thanks to the 430mm wide friction surface,pressure and heat are evenly dispersed during engagement,which greatly reduces local high temperature and effectively prevents permanent warpage of the pressure plate.
