Product Details

The 310 clutch pressure plate is a high-torque heavy-duty clutch component with a 310mm effective clamping diameter, primarily matched for medium-heavy trucks, large tractors, transport engineering machinery and heavy commercial vehicles. Cooperating with clutch disc, release bearing and engine flywheel, it controls power engagement and disconnection between engine and gearbox.

Premium Material & Fine Manufacturing

The pressure cover is made of high-rigidity ductile cast iron. After stress relief annealing and precision surface grinding, the friction working surface keeps high flatness to deliver uniform clamping force all over the contact area.

The thickened integral diaphragm spring goes through multi-stage quenching and tempering strengthening treatment. It effectively avoids elastic fatigue and pressure attenuation under long-hour high temperature, frequent shifting and full-load uphill driving. Anti-rust protective coating is covered on the exterior to adapt to dusty, muddy and high-temperature harsh working scenarios.

Competitive Advantages

Balanced performance between 275 small-sized and 325 super-heavy pressure plates, the 310mm specification owns obvious strengths:

Larger friction contact area, stronger torque bearing capacity, perfectly fit for heavy cargo long-distance transportation;

Efficient heat dissipation performance, rapidly discharging friction heat to prevent friction disc ablation, warping and clutch slipping under continuous overload operation;

Moderate weight and compact structure, easier for installation and maintenance than oversize 325 pressure plates while maintaining heavy-load durability.

Working Principle

When depressing the clutch pedal, the release bearing pushes inner fingers of the diaphragm spring, lifting the pressure plate surface to separate the friction disc and cut off power transmission. Releasing the pedal allows the diaphragm spring to rebound, clamping the clutch disc tightly against the flywheel to transfer complete engine torque stably.

Quality & Compatibility

All finished 310 clutch pressure plates pass strict dynamic balance, torsion resistance and long-cycle fatigue durability tests, complying with OEM assembly and aftermarket replacement quality standards. It boasts wide compatibility with mainstream 310 series clutch kits in the global auto spare parts market.
