Product Details

The 300 clutch pressure plate is a medium-heavy duty clutch core component with a 300mm effective pressing diameter, widely fitted on medium trucks, light heavy-duty commercial vehicles, large agricultural tractors and general construction machinery. Working together with clutch disc, release bearing and flywheel, it controls power connection and disconnection between engine and gearbox.

Material & Manufacturing Process

The clutch cover is cast from high-strength nodular cast iron, processed by stress relief tempering and precision flat grinding. The friction surface maintains excellent flatness to ensure evenly distributed clamping force. The thickened integrated diaphragm spring adopts multi-time heat treatment reinforcement, which effectively resists elastic fatigue and pressure loss under long-term high temperature, frequent gear shifts and full-load climbing. The whole exterior is coated with anti-rust paint to adapt to dusty, muddy and high-temperature harsh working environments.

Product Advantages

Balanced between small-size 275 series and heavy-duty 310/325 specifications, the 300mm pressure plate has comprehensive practical merits:

Moderate large friction contact area, strong torque carrying capacity, suitable for daily heavy cargo transportation;

Good heat dissipation effect, quickly dissipating friction heat to avoid friction plate burning, warping and clutch slip during continuous overload operation;

Lightweight and compact overall structure, easier to disassemble, install and maintain than oversized heavy pressure plates, lowering labor and replacement costs.

Working Principle

Step down the clutch pedal, the release bearing pushes the inner fingers of the diaphragm spring to lift the pressure plate surface, separating the friction disc and cutting off power transmission. Release the pedal, the diaphragm spring rebounds tightly, compressing the clutch disc against the flywheel to fully and stably output engine torque.

Quality Control & Compatibility

Each finished product undergoes strict dynamic balance, torsion resistance and long-cycle fatigue durability tests, reaching OEM assembly and aftermarket replacement quality standards. It has great compatibility with mainstream 300 series clutch kits in the global auto parts market.
