Product Details

The 275 clutch pressure plate adopts a 275mm effective pressing diameter, a heavy-duty core transmission component mainly matched for medium & heavy-duty trucks, large agricultural tractors, engineering machinery and high-torque commercial vehicles. Cooperating with clutch disc, release bearing and engine flywheel, it controls the connection and disconnection of power between engine and gearbox.

Superior Material & Manufacturing Technology

The pressure plate cover is made of high-strength nodular cast iron, treated with stress relief tempering and precision flat grinding. It maintains an ultra-smooth friction surface to realize uniform clamping force across the whole contact area.

The diaphragm spring is integrally formed and subjected to high-temperature quenching and tempering reinforcement treatment. It effectively prevents elastic fatigue and pressure attenuation under long-term high temperature, frequent gear shifting and full-load climbing. The outer surface is sprayed with anti-rust coating to adapt to severe working environments filled with dust, mud and high heat.

Core Advantages

Compared with 265, 255 and 250 specifications, the 275 model owns a significantly expanded friction contact area:

Higher torque load capacity, perfectly suitable for long-distance heavy cargo transportation;

Excellent heat dissipation performance, quickly dissipating friction heat to avoid friction disc ablation, burning and clutch slipping under continuous overload operation;

Slower wear rate, longer overall service life and lower maintenance frequency.

Working Principle

When stepping on the clutch pedal, the release bearing pushes the inner fingers of the diaphragm spring, lifting the pressure plate friction surface to separate from the clutch disc and cut off power transmission. When releasing the pedal, the diaphragm spring rebounds tightly, clamping the friction disc against the flywheel to fully transfer engine torque.

Quality Standard & Compatibility

Every finished 275 clutch pressure plate passes strict dynamic balance test, torsion resistance test and long-cycle fatigue durability test, reaching OEM matching and aftermarket replacement quality standards. Its compact structural design supports easy disassembly, inspection and replacement, and enjoys wide compatibility with mainstream 275 series clutch kits in the global auto parts market.
