The 265 clutch pressure plate features a 265mm effective clamping diameter, a heavy-duty core clutch component engineered for medium-heavy trucks, large tractors, construction machinery and high-torque commercial vehicles. Paired with clutch disc, release bearing and flywheel, it engages and disengages power transfer between the engine and gearbox.
Core Structure & Craftsmanship
High-strength ductile cast iron cover undergoes stress-relief tempering and precision surface grinding, delivering a perfectly flat friction working face to ensure even clamping force distribution.
Reinforced heat-treated diaphragm spring effectively resists elastic fatigue and pressure decay under sustained high temperatures, frequent shifting and full-load climbing.
Anti-rust protective coating is applied on the exterior to withstand harsh working conditions including dust, mud and extreme heat.
Outstanding Advantages
Compared with 250mm and 255mm pressure plates, the enlarged 265mm friction contact area provides remarkable upgrades:
Higher torque bearing capacity for heavy cargo transportation
Superior heat dissipation to avoid friction disc ablation and clutch slipping during long-hour heavy-duty operation
Longer service life with less wear under continuous overload
Working Principle
When depressing the clutch pedal, the release bearing pushes the inner finger of the diaphragm spring, lifting the pressure plate surface to separate the friction disc and cut off power flow. Once releasing the pedal, the diaphragm spring rebounds to clamp the clutch disc firmly against the flywheel, fully transmitting engine torque.
Quality & Compatibility
Each unit undergoes strict dynamic balance, torsion resistance and fatigue durability tests to meet OEM and aftermarket replacement standards. Compact layout enables easy disassembly, inspection and replacement, with wide compatibility for all mainstream 265 series clutch kits available globally.
