310 Clutch Plate

310 Clutch Plate is a heavy-duty clutch driven disc with 310mm outer diameter, specially designed for medium-heavy trucks, large tonnage forklifts, engineering machinery and agricultural tractors. As a key power transmission part, it connects the engine flywheel and gearbox to realize smooth power cut-off and connection during vehicle start-up and gear shift.

Two optional friction linings are available:

Organic fiber lining: Soft engagement, low noise, less wear on flywheel, suitable for daily regular haulage.

Sintered copper ceramic lining: Outstanding high temperature resistance, great load-bearing torque, perfect for overloaded, frequent start-stop and harsh working environments.

Equipped with multi-stage damping spring hub, this clutch plate effectively absorbs engine torsional vibration, reduces gear rattle and shifting impact. Various spline teeth can be customized to fit different OEM models and gearboxes.

It adopts thickened high-strength steel core plate and solid rivet reinforcement, resistant to deformation under long-term heavy clamping pressure. Manufactured in compliance with IATF16949 auto industry standards, it maintains stable friction coefficient under high temperature, boasts superior wear resistance and long service life. Direct OEM replacement, no extra modification required for easy installation.
