The overall structural design is optimized for safety and tight sealing. The outer shell uses thickened cold-rolled steel plate with seamless deep drawing molding, which can withstand instantaneous oil pressure impact during cold startup and high-load climbing without shell expansion or cracking. A built-in bypass pressure relief valve is pre-installed inside each filter. When the filter element accumulates excessive dirt and blocks oil flow, the valve automatically opens to guarantee basic oil circulation and prevent engine dry friction damage. The bottom sealing gasket adopts high-temperature resistant nitrile rubber with excellent elasticity, which fits tightly with engine mounting base to eliminate oil seepage problems caused by aging and hardening of low-quality rubber rings. All internal central tubes are made of perforated steel to support filter paper and avoid collapse under oil flow impact.
