Hydraulic cylinder, also called hydraulic ram, is the core power actuator of all hydraulic lifting systems, widely supporting hydraulic dump modification kits, pickup refitting, light trucks, agricultural transport vehicles and small construction machinery. Its main function is converting hydraulic pressure into linear mechanical thrust, realizing stable lifting, load holding and slow descending of cargo boxes, lifting platforms and unloading devices. As the key load-bearing component that directly bears full cargo weight, the quality of a hydraulic cylinder determines the whole set of dump kit’s lifting capacity, safety and service life. Our factory produces dedicated hydraulic cylinders for vehicle self-unloading modification, featuring thickened pipe walls, strong pressure resistance, leak-proof sealing and long fatigue life.
Our hydraulic cylinders adopt seamless thick steel tube as the cylinder barrel base material, processed by precision internal grinding to achieve ultra-smooth inner wall surface. This craftsmanship greatly reduces friction loss between piston and barrel, guarantees smooth stretching without stuck or jitter during lifting and lowering. The piston rod uses high-frequency quenching and hard chrome plating treatment, forming a dense wear-resistant protective layer on the surface. It resists scratches, rust and corrosion caused by mud, rain and gravel splashing during outdoor transportation, avoiding seal abrasion and oil leakage triggered by surface damage. Multi-stage telescopic single-acting cylinder is the mainstream model for dump refitting, with 2-stage, 3-stage and 4-stage stroke options to fit different cargo box height and lifting angle demands.
The internal sealing system is optimized for heavy-duty frequent operation. We assemble imported composite oil seals, dust rings and buffer rings at both rod end and bottom end. Double-layer sealing structure effectively blocks hydraulic oil leakage under instantaneous pressure impact during full-load lifting. Built-in buffer devices at the stroke ends slow down piston impact when reaching maximum extension or retraction limit, preventing violent collision that may deform cylinder brackets or damage vehicle chassis. All sealing accessories keep stable elasticity under long-term temperature changes, resisting aging caused by high engine heat and cold winter weather.
Complete supporting installation accessories are equipped for each hydraulic cylinder, including mounting earrings, pin shafts, wear-resistant bushings and anti-loosening fasteners. All metal fittings go through galvanized anti-rust treatment to adapt harsh working environments of construction sites, farms and gravel yards. We supply multiple tonnage specifications ranging from 1 ton to 5 tons lifting force, matching mini trucks, pickups and agricultural tricycles separately. Custom service is available for customers with special requirements: adjustable stroke, customized installation hole distance, special earring size and surface color coating can be produced based on drawings or samples.
Every finished hydraulic cylinder undergoes strict factory testing, including static pressure holding test, thousands of repeated lifting fatigue test, full-load overload test and sealing leak inspection. Unqualified products will be eliminated before delivery to eliminate hidden dangers such as cylinder burst, oil seepage and insufficient lifting force. Compatible perfectly with our full series hydraulic power units and hydraulic oil pipes, this hydraulic cylinder serves as standard matching part of dump modification kits. We support bulk wholesale, mixed order and OEM private label customization. With stable output thrust, excellent leak-proof performance and strong environmental adaptability, our hydraulic cylinders help modification factories and transport owners cut maintenance costs and improve unloading efficiency.
