Product Details
The 325 clutch pressure plate is a heavy-duty high-torque clutch component with a 325mm clamping diameter, widely applied on heavy-duty trucks, large haulage vehicles, heavy agricultural machinery and engineering transport equipment. Matched with clutch disc, release bearing and flywheel, it undertakes the core task of engaging and disengaging power between engine and gearbox.
Materials & Production Craft
The pressure cover is cast from high-strength nodular cast iron, treated with stress relief annealing and ultra-precise surface grinding. This ensures an extremely flat friction working plane and evenly distributed clamping force across the whole contact range.
The thickened diaphragm spring adopts integrated forming and multiple heat reinforcement processes. It maintains stable elastic pressure under long-time high temperature, frequent start-stop and full-load climbing conditions, effectively resisting spring fatigue and pressure drop. Anti-rust paint is coated on the outer surface to cope with harsh working environments such as mine dust, muddy roads and sustained high operating temperature.
Core Strengths
Compared with smaller 275/265/255 series pressure plates, the 325mm model features a vastly enlarged friction contact area:
Super high torque bearing capacity, ideal for long-distance heavy cargo transportation and overloading operations;
Excellent heat dissipation efficiency, rapidly dissipating massive friction heat to prevent friction disc ablation, warping and clutch slip during continuous heavy-duty work;
High structural rigidity, less deformation under heavy pressure, greatly extending overall service life and reducing replacement frequency.
Working Principle
Depress the clutch pedal, the release bearing pushes the inner fingers of the diaphragm spring, lifting the pressure plate surface to separate from the clutch disc and cut off power transmission. Release the pedal, the diaphragm spring rebounds instantly, tightly compressing the friction disc against the flywheel to transmit full engine torque stably.
Quality & Compatibility
Every finished 325 clutch pressure plate undergoes strict dynamic balance, anti-torsion and long-cycle fatigue durability tests, fully meeting OEM assembly and aftermarket replacement quality standards. The mature structural design supports convenient disassembly and maintenance, and it is highly compatible with mainstream 325 clutch kits in the global commercial vehicle spare parts market.
