This 275mm clutch pressure plate is a heavy-load clutch assembly core part, specially developed for medium-heavy commercial trucks, large tractors and construction machinery with high torque demand. It works together with clutch disc, flywheel and release bearing to switch power connection between engine and transmission smoothly.
Built with premium ductile cast iron housing, the friction surface is finely ground to guarantee flatness and consistent clamping pressure. Its thickened diaphragm spring undergoes complete heat strengthening processing, which greatly improves anti-fatigue performance. Even under continuous heavy hauling, frequent shifting and high operating temperature, it will not suffer spring softening or power slipping.
With a larger 275mm contact surface than smaller-size pressure plates, this product boasts outstanding heat dissipation. It can efficiently release heat generated during friction, effectively avoiding burning, warping and premature damage to clutch plates during long-hour overload driving. An outer anti-corrosion coating strengthens its durability against muddy, dusty and high-temperature working sites.
When you press the clutch pedal, the release bearing pushes the spring fingers to lift the pressure plate, separating the friction disc and interrupting power output. Let go of the pedal, the spring bounces back and presses the disc firmly against the flywheel to deliver full engine torque without loss.
All finished pieces go through rigorous dynamic balance, torsion resistance and long-duration fatigue tests to satisfy OEM and aftermarket replacement requirements. Simple structure allows quick installation and maintenance, and it fits most standard 275 clutch kits widely supplied in the auto spare parts industry.
