275 Clutch Plate, also known as 275mm clutch disc, is a core transmission spare part for light trucks, forklifts and medium commercial vehicles. With an outer diameter of 275mm, it connects the engine flywheel and gearbox to control power engagement and separation.
We supply two types of friction facings: organic fiber for smooth daily driving, and sintered copper ceramic for heavy-load, high-torque working conditions. Equipped with multi-spring damping hub, it effectively absorbs engine vibration, reduces gear noise and ensures soft clutch pedal feel. Custom spline teeth are available to match various OEM models.
All products are produced under IATF16949 standard, featuring strong wear resistance, stable friction coefficient and long service life. Direct OEM replacement, easy installation, widely used for Heli, Hangcha, TCM forklifts and Japanese light-duty trucks.
