The 240 clutch pressure plate features a 240mm effective clamping diameter, a lightweight core clutch part designed for light trucks, small commercial vans, mini tractors and passenger vehicles with low to medium torque output. Matched with clutch disc, release bearing and flywheel, it engages and disconnects power flow between engine and transmission.
High-quality cast iron forms the clutch cover, which is processed with stress relief treatment and precision surface grinding to keep a smooth, flat friction plane for uniform clamping force. The standard diaphragm spring receives integral heat strengthening to resist softening and fatigue during daily frequent shifting, city stop-and-go and moderate load driving. Anti-rust coating covers the outer surface to defend against moisture, dust and mild high temperature.

Working principle: Depress the clutch pedal, the release bearing pushes spring fingers to lift the pressure plate, separating the friction disc and cutting power delivery. Release the pedal, the diaphragm spring rebounds to press the disc firmly against the flywheel for steady power transfer.
